[Mailman-Users] Programmatically changing admin options

If anyone is interested, I thought again about this and wrote some httplib
code to modify the admin and general options of a list.  It works great.  I
would be happy to send the code to whomever would like it.

Is it possible to programmatically change admin options without resorting to
using httplib?  For example, I would like to be able to change privacy
options on a newly created list without calling into
http://host/mailman/admin/list

Anyone know of any options available to do this?
