[Mailman-Users] Crisis

All seemed to be working OK, when someone mentioned that they's sent mail
from an unsubscribed account and it got posted to the list. I checked the
management options, but could find a setting to specify wither this is a
public, private, or closed list. Where should I be looking for this?
