Bugs/problems that I noticed in 2.0.12:

On the Administrative Requests page, it says the following:

Also, if I go into options and disable digest mode, then the
subscription form still has the question, with the choices, but with no
radio buttons.  So it looks like this:
Yes    No
Instead of:
o Yes   o No
Somewhat confusing.  Perhaps remove the section whatsoever, if only one
choice is allowed?
