[Mailman-Users] Howto ./configure with VMailMgr (qmail)?

Hi!

I'd like to setup Mailman on SuSE 7.2 server running qmail and VMailMgr.

How do I have to call ./configure so that Mailman works?  Basically I'm
unsure about what to use as the --with-mail-gid parameter.
