[Mailman-Users] wrapper does not exist in mailman-2.1a4 ???

I have installed mailman-2.1a4 from CVS and all 
appears to work ok, but now, I send a message to the 
list and I get the follow error:

This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it 
didn't work out.

preline: fatal: unable to

My system is RedHat 7.2 and my MTA is qmail+vpopmail. 
Note: all Mailman older versions allways works very 
well with me, except this.
