[Mailman-Users] Import Newsletter E-mails first time - How?

Hello,

We have our customers e-mails in an Microsoft SQL database, and we would like to start a newsletter.  Is there a way we can export the data from SQL to some type of file, and import it into a mailman list?

What would be the format of the file and the command to do that?
