[Mailman-Users] mailman 2.0.8 problems

I have two problems happening right now with MailMan 2.0.8

The first involves qrunner, what happens is that a list gets locked
and no mail will go through it. This is what is shown in the log. The
lock is created in the locks directory, the qrunner process is no
longer running and the message is not sent. If I delete the lock
files and the waiting message files the list works again. Is there
someway I can get the messages sent without having to have to user
resend them? Can the qrunner be started to send out the qfiles?

file or directory

The second error just started, on a couple of my lists when the web
subscription interface is used by a user or admin user and error
message is given, but the user is subscribed, however no confirming
email is sent to the admin or the user. Any ideas on what is
happening here. None of these lists are archived, so I am not sure
why it is giving these archive errors. I checked the preferences on
them all to make sure of no archiving.
