    a) 'help' has to be in the subject
    b) it works as a subscribed user
    c) make sure the user can actually accept mail (nomail is not set)

    It should record that it received an email and posted it to the wrapper.

    Not knowing what MTA you're using, I can't do this.  If you're using
sendmail, look in /var/log/maillog.
