[Mailman-Users] Missing Installation Instructions?

If you have downloaded the source via tarball then expand the source:
  tar -xzf mailman-2.0.8.tar.gz

This will create a sub-directory and populate it with the source code.
Move to this directory and read the file INSTALL...

Basicly it tells you to find the GID's for the Web server and for the Mail 
server.  If they are standard (web GID=nobody, mail GID=mail) then run:
   ./configure 
If they are non-standard, then you will have to include them as options of 
the ./configure command.
Next, run:
  make install

There is no need to run a "make" first (to compile the executables).  Each 
script is compiled automagically the first time it is run.
