[Mailman-Users] moderated list

How can I make mailing list as a moderated one in mailman?  I found, there are no such options available in standard mailman admin interfaces. I want all the messages posted to the list will be published by the administrator or moderator - is it possible to configure the mailman to serve my purpose.
