[Mailman-Users] No e-mail

I go to set up a test list, and enter my e-mail address. List sets up, says
"Hit enter to continue with tss-test3 owner notification...". I do that...
but never receive an e-mail on that address. This leads me to believe
something basic is wrong here. I've got the smrsh symbolic link. I've looked
over the server logs and I don't see anything. mailmans smtp log says:
Dec 22 02:15:01 2002 (17123) All recipients refused: (111, 'Connection
refused')
Dec 22 02:15:01 2002 (17123) smtp for 1 recips, completed in 0.001 seconds

Any ideas why I am not getting this initial message?
