[Mailman-Users] SMART_ADDRESS_MATCH in 2.1b3

Has this option been removed from 2.1b3? 
I just can't find it in all the files, and neither can I see a discussion about
it being replaced. Not that I do use it but I hope I will so this is on a NTK
basis.
