[Mailman-Users] How do I subscribe to a list by email ?

I would like to create a subscribe / unsubscribe facility on my list rather 
that getting people to go to the admin page.

I was hoping to get them  to reply with unsubscribe in the body or subject 
line ?/

How do I do this, or can you direct me ?/
