I appreciate your point of view. The word I used was just an example. What 
I really want to do is check for the presence of the list's footer in the 
mail. This is to encourage people to quote selectively and trim their list 
mail.

For example, our list has a footer like:

---
For list options, visit http://www.example.com

If somebody's message has "For list options, visit http://www.example.com" 
in it, I want it to be held for approval.

It's not intended to prevent spam.

So, now that my purpose is clearer, is there a way to make it happen?
