[Mailman-Users] How to export a list and recreate it.

Hello All,

I have never used mailman before, our technician responsible for this
application is away all week.
I believe we have a problem with a few of our lists that will require
exporting the data from the list. 
deleting the list and then recreating it and importing the data back.

How do you do this. I do not know the commands to perform this task?
