[Mailman-Users] web errors

I am getting this error:

[error] (8)Exec format error: exec of /data/mailman/cgi-bin/admin failed
[error] [client 130.102.160.26] Premature end of script headers: /data/mailman/cgi-bin/admin

Mailman is installed on Solaris 8 and is being nfs mounted to a freebsd
4.3 based web server.

Do I need to recompile the cgi-bin dir for freebsd.
