[Mailman-Users] List Creation

As I meentioned in my prior e-mail, it hangs while trying to send the
conf. message , even after I hit enter or whatever.  This is why I am
wondering if maybe I have set the wrong GID or something for the
"mail-gid" and it can't send the mail for some reason.
