[Mailman-Users] Configure problem

Hi,

I successfully installed mailman.  The webpage and the admin page showed up
when I login.  I ran into some problems.  Everything was at default setting.
1. When I subscribe to the list, I didn't receive any confirmation message.
2. When I add new subscribers to the list, it didn't send welcome message.
3. After I added myself to the list, I sent and email to the list.  I didn't
receive anything back.

Below is the log from /var/log/maillog:
