[Mailman-Users] I am not able create newlist

Hi all,

Already we have 15 lists, now I am trying to create one more group, it is
not creating. When I going to run 'newlist' it is asking  listname then it
is asking mailman owners email-id and initial password then I entered both.
After entering all its hanging, if I pressed ' ^c ' it gives these error
messages.

So please send me some solution to create the newlist.
