Wow, that's an interesting problem...  You have to change the name of the 
box too?  

Of course you will have to modify Postfix so that it operates using the new 
name and knows that that is local.  You'll also have to modify Apache to 
let it know the new name to accept as local.  

For Mailman, you will definately need to modify the two bottom entries on 
the General Options page for the web admin.  
  "Host name this list prefers"
  "Base URL for Mailman web interface."
These should reflect the new web and email address base.  Then you might 
have to move to the Privacy Options page and add the new address as an 
address to
  "Alias names (regexps) which qualify as explicit to
      or cc destination names for this list"

As far as Mailman is concerned, that should get you up and running again 
after the renaming.
