You can block all mail from people not in the Email List.

I am not sure why you would want to block all mail from outside the
domain.  Perhaps you should remove the DNS information about the server
from outside accesss.  You can also unplug the network connection from
the internet, or configure a firewall to exclude access from unknown
networks.
