[Mailman-Users] problem with subscriptioin confirmation html

Hi, I am having a problem with the subscription confirmation page.

We edited the html for the confirmation page using the widget in the
admin interface.  The problem is that when the actual html is generated
(when you subscribe) it inserts extra html tags at the top and bottom of
the page.  We need to change the <head> tags, so just deleting them from
the interface is not an option for us.  I have copied and pasted the
page below.
