[Mailman-Users] help mailman installation

Hi,

I am having the biggest problem with installing Mailman.
First I got this message.

After running "ln -s /etc/smrsh/wrapper wrapper" I  get this message

I have opened over 100 links about this error on the web, but have yet to
come with a solution.
Can please advise?
