There are two choices.  You can either use it as an external
archiver under Mailman or subscribe an archiving address to each
list you're interested in.  There are different values in both
approaches.

My current very PHP4-specific setup (requires a PHPLib-like template
engine, local MTA and a few other bits):

Older setup that doesn't require PHP etc:
