[Mailman-Users] New setup questions

Just finished setting up Mailman wiht Postfix and everything seems to
be working well.
Couple questions though:
1. Is there a way to bulk load members and put them in digest mode?
     have a bout 40,000 of them to convert from our present system

2. What is the easiest method to dis-allow attachments in postings?
    especially html formatted postings?
