Nothing at all.

Each list has its own -owner address as is standard.  All of those
owner addresses are delivered to the same account as per your
preference.  You get what you want and the users get the best of
both worlds:

  -- They know that listname-owner at domain will always work,
  everywhere, with you and everyone else.

  -- They can look on the list page and see the real address of the
  owner and use that should they wish to.
