[Mailman-Users] Mailman + Qmail not working

I'm having strange problems with Mailman, because I don't know what I'm doing. Help would be *greatly* appreciated. I can look at the mailing list via the web, so it's interfacing with Apache correctly. When I created a list using the command line, I even got a confirmation email. However, I can't sign any other email accounts up via the web, no response is ever received. I tried signing up via email, or sending a post to the list, and get a "no such user" reply back from qmail. The README.QMAIL file is really bad - I cannot understand what it is trying to tell me to do, and I think that's the problem.

Additionally, mailman keeps generating syslog errors, trying to call sendmail. In a directory where the sendmail bin doesn't even exist. Qmail's 'sendmail' binary is ini /usr/sbin.

Here are the last two entries in my syslog since my last reboot (last night when I removed some hardware):

Jan 25 19:00:06 aixos crond[285]: unable to exec /usr/lib/sendmail -t, user -oem, output to sink null
Jan 26 01:00:06 aixos crond[1417]: unable to exec /usr/lib/sendmail -t, user -oem, output to sink null

I'm in the dark, and could use some help. Thanks in advance,
