[Mailman-Users] can I set the NO SUBJECT line not to come up

Hi I am a new mailing list manager using Mailman on my website, most of my 
subscribers are getting the messages on text pagers or cell phone, is there a 
way when I send a message without a Subject that the line saying NO SUBJECT 
should not come up, also some times I am sending the message to the list thru 
a 2-way pager T900 it has no option of a SUBJECT line, it just takes up 
valuable character space on the pagers.
also I selected the option at privacy options to hide the sender of the 
message and replace with the list name then it comes up the 
List-Admin at Domain.com, can I set to come up just the list name?
The list is for an organization of 100 volunteers how get short messages on 
the pagers and phone's when a request is sent out they call me that they are 
available, any help is appreciated.
