[Mailman-Users] cookie recognition problems

Greetings,
I am the list manager for 
https://listhost.uchicago.edu/mailman/admindb/democraticmonarchy-eii. 
I cannot add users because the above page, when opened in IE5 (for 
Mac) says it cannot establish a secure connection because it cannot 
recognize the author of the cookie. The page itself says: "Error 
decoding authorization cookie." Suggestions are appreciated.
