[Mailman-Users] getting cgi-gid right

Ah hell, ignore that last post.  I remember it being confusing, but looking
at my notes I see that I did set the guid to match what my web server is
running as.  And Jim's issue is different, I think.

I'll go quietly back to my scotch now.
