[Mailman-Users] Message has implicit destination

I have setup a mailing list and from time to time it receives mails from
people that are not on the list. Normally that is not a problem. Sometimes
the list seems to have issues with a sender, and I get:

     List: IT at systems.xyzcorp.com
Reason held: Message has implicit destination
    From: sf-ids at babcockbrown.com
    Subject: Level 5 Alert

I then have to use the admin interface to accept this message.

Is there anyway to open the list to the world and NEVER get these warnings??

Thanks for you help.
