[Mailman-Users] A timestamp is missing in httpd-log ...

Hi!

Yesterday, I've ziped all logs from ~mailman/logs and created new ones...
Unfortunately I forgot to set write access for the group mailman, too.
This blocks all mailman page accesses! (Is this behaviour desired?)

To trace down this error, I found messages in httpd-errors from apache
1.3.3, this message was helpful, but one thing was missing:

A date stamp!

Maybe it is good to add one.
