Thanks for the reply, but this is not the problem.
"Host name this list prefers." is "kfish.servlets.net"
Here's a sample header that I get. This is with "Explicit Reply-To:
header." set to "pge-pepper at kfish.servlets.net" which seems like if
nothing else works, that should (but it doesn't).
