[Mailman-Users] The herder/foot became unreadable

Hi everyone:

   I have just setup the mailman, under the Rehat 6.2 and Qmail....but when i send tested mail to the lists I created,
the herder/foot added by milman became unreadable, 

the foot should be:
    _______________________________________________
%(real_name)s mailing list
%(real_name)s@%(host_name)s
%(web_page_url)slistinfo%(cgiext)s/%(_internal_name)s

but it looked like:
     M?ø¬?X”êXûs7ûtg”|?z{^üI&ÜÊi?þbüV?ÏÌÂR?“Þ??-?´Í?

The mail client was outlook running on Windows 2000(Tranditional Chinese version), but even I sent 
a pure English e-mail, the results were the same.... 

Any suggestion?
