[Mailman-Users] Still cannot get mailman/postfix to confirm email subscription.(Error)

May be you have to run newaliases command to update aliases database or,
may be your aliases database is not in /etc/aliases (it might be in
/etc/postfix/aliases, cf your main.cf of postfix).
