[Mailman-Users] Setup mailman but get following error when confirming?

I have setup mailman, but something must be wrong.  Everything goes fine
until I try to confirm by subscription and the I get the following
error:

This is the Postfix program at host mail.bloomfield.k12.mo.us.

I'm sorry to have to inform you that the message returned
below could not be delivered to one or more destinations.

For further assistance, please send mail to <postmaster>

If you do so, please include this problem report. You can

Any ideas what I need to do?
