Mailman doesn't expect or require sendmail, although the bin/newlist
script is a bit dumb in that it really can only spit out
sendmail-compatible or qmail-style alias suggestions.  Really, I think
the Exim way is much better, in that the MTA should just automatically
deliver to lists as soon as they're created.

I know zip about CGPro except that I get my digicool.com mail through
it, and it doesn't seem to screw things up too badly. ;)
