[Mailman-Users] mailman run amuck

Using Mailman version 2.0beta5 on a linux 2.2.15 box.

I have a list with 32938 subscribers, all but one of whom are local to
this machine.

The list is setup so noone can post without approval from the list
admin. This was all working away happily until yesterday.

When the following started happening, this continues until I kill the
mailman process and stop sendmail and clean out the queue.

Sep 25 11:32:05 2000 (9837) post to unison-announce from uniservice at unison.ie, size=3639, 22438 failures

Sep 25 11:48:57 2000 (12807) post to unison-announce from uniservice at unison.ie, size=3639, 22438 failures

Now as you can imagine our customers aint happy with the fact that they
got several hundred copies of the email.

Anyone got any idea what caused this and how can i fix it.

Colin
