[Mailman-Users] internal error

I get a server Error page indicating "This server has encountered an
internal error which prevents it from fulfilling your request. The most
likely cause is a misconfiguration. Please ask the administrator to look

for messages in the server's error log."  Using Netscape 4.7 and a
"the page cannot be displayed" with a HTTP 550 error in IE 5.5.

Had others try with a similar version and they worked FINE....

Any thoughts on how my configuration would be different which would
cause the page to be not accessible?  Using mailman version 1.0
