I'm not sure what else you would put there, but it's all done in
Handlers/Cleanse.py, so at least you can hack that.

I suspect that From defaults to GetAdminEmail() simply because
there doesn't seem to be a much better choice (with the possible
exception of "GetListEmail()", perhaps).
