[Mailman-Users] Installing MailMan on Roxen 1.3

I'm new to MailMan and new to Roxen. 

I would like to only use Roxen on the box, with MailMan so that the users can
maintain the mailing lists themselves. 

I've tried to get MailMan installed on Roxen, but sadly, I didn't have any success. I
only got an error page that Roxen could find http://server/mailman. 

If anyone has experience here, I would like to know.
