[Mailman-Users] Hosts with Mailman installed

I'm looking for a website with Mailman already installed. Just Python would
suffice because one of our team members would be able to install Mailman.
But we don't have our own server and to get root access and every thing else
may be a bit too much for virtual servers.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
