[Mailman-Users] Archiving and pipermail...

Hi,


On one of my mailing lists I turned on the Archiving option. Since then,
it was not possible to post any messages to that list. The messages did
arrive later on, when I had turned the archiving option off. In the
Mailman error log I found errors like these:

The permissions in the file /usr/local/mailman/archives/private/ are like
this, I thought that should be okay:


drwxrws--x  3 root     mailman  512 Oct 17 05:00 .
drwxrwsr-x  4 root     mailman  512 Oct 17 02:03 ..
drwxrwxr-x  2 mailman  mailman  512 Oct 17 05:05 relax.mbox


Also, when I request to locate pipermail, I get this response:


sacha at unity (~) # locate pipermail
/pub/tmp/mailman-2.0beta6/Mailman/Archiver/pipermail.py


And that's all... shouldn't there be more?
