Well, in terms of "creating lists", it sounds like you need to
ask Hostway to do it; in terms of "administering", the web pages
are fairly self-explanatory, although you do have to sort of read
through them and digest everything before you know just what to
do (although the defaults are enough to get started).

There are documents like INSTALL that help you get started if
you have shell access, and Chris Kolar just posted this
to the list just after your post:
