[Mailman-Users] All posts on list being held for approval

Hi all,

We host a list, members-list at trinityindiana.org, which is set so that only
members may post.  Currently, there are only two addresses on the list.
the problem is, all posts are being held for administrative approval, and
not just non-members' posts.  Any ideas what this might be caused by?
What other details should I give to help sort this out?
