[Mailman-Users] passwords not getting sent out

I'm having a problem with password reminders
not getting sent out monthly even though I've
configured a list to do so. 

I tried forcing it by running mailpasswds by
hand, but this had the same result.

I get the feeling I've forgotten something in
the configuration of the list, but can't determine
what.

Any clues much appreciated.

p.s. this is using rc2
