My guess is that you would have to actually
put in an A record instead of the CNAME.  I
believe that MX records (I'm assuming you have
one for list.cocoavillage.com) are not supposed
to point to CNAMES.  This could be why sendmail
is rewriting the header...  Of course, it could
be because it's just sendmail. :-)
