[Mailman-Users] Mailman list confirmation question

I have setup Mailman and am able to setup a list and do administrative
things, but when I try to send the confirmation information when
subscribing (I tried just replying and also sending the confirmation
info directly to mailman_test-request), I get the following message. Can
anyone tell me what this means?
