[Mailman-Users] What is this, and please, help me fix it.

Hi all,

This has been flooding my mailbox for a couple of days now,
and I would really like to stop it. Any ideas?

         The delivery program "/home/mailman/mail/wrapper post 
serviceoutage"
         produced the following output while delivering the message to
         serviceoutage at koz.com
