[Mailman-Users] subscription question

mail sent to "list-request at listhost.dom" (the request 
address for the list) with a Subject or Body
containing "subscribe <password> address=<address>" will 
subscribe that address with that password. 

Anyone can send that mail.

If confirmation is turned on, the actual <address> will get the
confirmation email, and need to reply to it before the subscription
is processed.

You can get this information by sending "help" to the
request address.
